Vistas Leadership Academy is a new 7th-9th grade Free Arizona public charter school of choice. We are now enrolling students for the 2010-2011 school year.

Academics
With each student's needs identified through development of an individualized learning plan, VLA will provide an educational program specifically focused on the needs of Junior high students through project based learning guided by highly qualified and dedicated teachers.

We are located at the crossroads of Guadalupe and Hawes in Mesa, Arizona in a new facility designed for our program.
Benefits
Vistas Leadership Academy is operated as an independent public schools under a charter from the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools.

As such, Vistas Leadership Academy is able to provide our families with a college preparatory education in a fully public and tuition-free setting. Active participation, volunteerism, and financial support from our families are vital to our success, and also help our families gain the full benefit of a Vistas Leadership education.
Enrollment
Enrollment for the 2010-11 Academic Year began on January 1 and extends through February 26th. Students who are currently enrolled and their siblings are guaranteed enrollment if their 2010-2011 enrollment package is returned by February 26th.

All new students may enroll under open enrollment for the remaining openings with the understanding that if, for any grade level, the number of applications exceeds the number of openings, there will be a lottery to determine enrollment and waiting list order. The lottery will be held March 1st for new students.

Applications received after March 1st will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis for classes with remaining openings. For more information, visit our enrollment page.
